Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Inventario, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting them on behalf of a restaurant or business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
The service
Inventario is inventory management software for restaurants, including stock tracking, POS integration, invoice processing, and order suggestions. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or sync.
- You're responsible for the actions of team members you invite.
Subscription and billing
Your subscription is billed per the terms shown at signup. Billing is processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
Your data belongs to you
The data you enter (inventory, recipes, suppliers, prices) belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy.
Third-party integrations
By connecting a POS system, Gmail, or any other third-party service, you also agree to that service's own terms. We don't control their availability and aren't responsible for their outages.
What Inventario doesn't do
Order suggestions, yield calculations, and alerts are estimates calculated from available data — not guarantees. Inventario never sends an order to a supplier automatically on your behalf. The final decision, and the responsibility that comes with it, is yours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Inventario for anything illegal, not to attempt to bypass its security measures, and not to resell access to the service without written authorization.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cerize isn't liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost data, lost business opportunity) arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, or extended non-payment, with reasonable notice except in a security emergency.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or within the app before they take effect.
